Condolences

With hearts full of faith in God’s will and decree, His Excellency the Ambassador of Algeria to the Kingdom of Sweden and Iceland, Mr. Seddik Saoudi, on behalf of all members of the embassy and the Algerian community residing in Sweden and Iceland, extends his deepest condolences and sincerest sympathies to the family of the deceased and to the Algerian people, on the occasion of the passing of former President and moudjahid Liamine Zeroual.

With the departure of moudjahid Liamine Zeroual, Algeria loses one of its devoted sons, a symbol of the state, who spared no effort in answering the call of his homeland, serving with dedication and loyalty throughout his career in the National People’s Army and in the various high offices he held in the Algerian state.

We ask Almighty God to envelop him in His vast mercy, grant him a place in His spacious gardens, and inspire his family and loved ones with patience and consolation.
